Description: Meets Tuesdays at St. David's church at SE 28th and Harrison. Leikarringen of Portland is a multi-age performing, "award winning," youth dance group sponsored by the Daughters of Norway and Norske Runddansere. Dancers begin at age 4 and gradually gain skills to move up into our intermediate and then to our advanced troupe. A family affair, with second and third generation dancers performing with our group. Multiple directors/instructors provide years of dance background and share a wealth of dances from all the Scandinavian countries.

Description: Join the first and oldest Leikarringen circle in the Portland metro area! Begun in 1934, the Grieg Lodge Norwegian folk dancing troupe has danced before royalty and at World's Fairs. Be part of a family tradition: children and adults dancing together and growing up in the historic Grand Ballroom of Norse Hall.

Looking for Swedish friends for your little one? Come and join our very informal "lekgrupp" at Augustana Lutheran Church in NE Portland. We meet 3 Saturdays a month between 10:00- 11:30.
