The Scandinavian Heritage Foundation's popular Cook & Eat classes are in full swing. Here is the lineup for this year.

Cook & Eat is a deal at just $10 per person for SHF members and $15 for nonmembers (what a great reason to join SHF and enjoy all the benefits of membership). Come, learn how to cook and even do some hands-on cooking, then stay to eat what you cook.
