The Scandinavian Heritage Foundation is a
non-profit organization representing Americans of Nordic descent from
Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden who live in Oregon and Southwest
Washington. Scandinavians are the second largest ethnic group in our region
with 500,000 people living in Oregon.
SHF is fulfilling its mission presently in a number of ways with programs,
events and lectures offered to the general public.
SHF has also created a linkage with other Scandinavian organizations through
having affiliate memberships on the Board of Directors.
The Foundation publishes a newsletter which is
available in Adobe Acrobat format for download.
